Trinity Healthcare operates throughout East and North Yorkshire, into North and North East Lincolnshire, with large client bases in Hull,York and the major coastal towns. Ideally and before first using our services we aim to meet you and your service users, with a view to completely understanding your needs and staffing requirements. Our objective, irrespective of frequency of use, is to provide a service that meets or exceeds expectations such that whenever you have staffing requirements in this sector you know that you are a just phone call away from our industry leading service.
This covers ad-hoc requirements of single or multiple shifts over a week, month or longer period. Staff are billed on an hourly basis (multiples of 15 minutes) based on time worked. Invoices together with full backup are produced weekly.
This often provides a good solution where you have or may have a longer term staffing issue. This works well in immediately filling a longer term need with one or more staff that you can assess in the workplace on a rolling appraisal, allowing you subsequently to offer through us a permanent position. This method of recruitment is particularly effective and allows you to fill your position with minimal hassle, disruption and cost, saving time and money in the long term. We can offer generous discounts on our normal recruitment fees for this sort of placement.
We can provide a full recruitment service including advertising, screening, interviewing and short-listing. This can be particularly effective where you are looking for skills and requirements to meet some specific needs.
You may have a known shortage to cover short term sickness, maternity or just waiting for new staff to be CRb’d and start. We offer competitive rates for these types of contract.

We produce client accounts on a weekly basis together with comprehensive backup with supporting shift details - staff members, dates of attendance, start and finish times etc. This analysis provides shift by shift costs to support our billing.
We have a fully integrated proprietary suite of systems running 'real time' ensuring that whoever in our team is dealing with your requirements there is always one version of the truth. If you or your organisation have specific information needs for example having Purchase order details on each shift, needing names of supported clients, breakdown of shift costs - then talk to us and we can agree and meet your requirements.
Many customers like printed scHedules showing staff booked for the forthcoming periods - we can fax or email these directly on request.
We also provide a suite of standard reports supporting monthly and quarterly statistics for the larger groups - analysing usage in hours or monetary terms by unit, month, week, day - either printed or in Excel for further local manipulation and analysis.
